Job Description

Job Overview To assist the Director of Human Resources to ensure that accurate and up to date personnel and training records are maintained, to conduct applicant interviews, conduct and coordinate employee training, and help with staff recruitment; To perform duties in a manner that encourages those receiving supports to indicate their opinions and preferences and assists them in achieving outcomes that are important to them. Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and one year of experience in Office Management, Human Resources, or Staff Development OR High School diploma and two years' experience in Office Management or Staff Development Must have computer experience/knowledge, be able to use discretion, respect confidentiality, and exercise independent judgment; must be reliable, accurate, flexible, and well organized and be able to deal effectively with all levels of organizational staff and the public Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record, as determined by Board Policy, and a car for use on the job Must be supported by three (3) or more work-related references from responsible individuals
