Available Train-the-Trainer Location:
Newport News, VA (2-3 months) What You Need High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of additional education and/or related marine pipefitting experience What You Will Do Thorough knowledge of marine pipefitting skills (Cutting/Fitting of pipe, identification of pipe joint types and reading of drawings) Troubleshoot and calibrate tolerances Experience with bending and metal fabrication Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for employees. Assess the training needs of staff and tailor programs to meet those needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate into training. Collaborate with management to establish training goals and objectives. Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees to ensure skill retention and application.
