Entry Level Manager

Revolution Strategy Partners is actively hiring an Entry Level Manager to join our AT&T wireless team. This Entry Level Manager role is a hands-on opportunity for motivated individuals to gain real-world experience in sales, wireless solutions, and client engagement. The Entry Level Manager will focus on sales, in-person client interactions, and B2B engagement, all while learning how to manage and support a growing sales team. As an Entry Level Manager, you will: Execute direct sales strategies in-person to promote AT&T wireless solutions. Conduct B2B outreach to generate new sales opportunities for AT&T. Lead daily operations and support team sales performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize sales value. Track and report on sales results and team progress. Mentor team members and share knowledge of AT&T wireless products. Support business growth by driving AT&T sales in local wireless markets. The ideal Entry Level Manager has: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person sales. Passion for sales, wireless solutions, and working with AT&T clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused sales environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving AT&T sales targets. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Entry Level Manager Overview:

This position is a full time employment position. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person role with customers.

Pay:

This is a commission based job. On average a minimum of 1-2 orders is completed per day per employee.

We partner with AT&T to connect businesses with their wireless solutions, helping new customers discover and enroll in AT&T services.

Average Pay:

An average of $52,000-$60,000 yearly gets paid to each Entry Level Manager based on full performance
