Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable, well-rounded, freelance Technical Trainer to energize and empower our clients through engaging technical training programs. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training sessions focused on technical skills ranging from manufacturing machining to electrical troubleshooting. This is a contract-only role. Pay will be based on training contracts won and fulfilled. Training locations will be at the client site in the greater Greenville-Spartanburg area. Candidates must be willing to provide onsite training in this area and surrounding areas. Duties Deliver engaging, interactive technical training sessions to diverse audiences Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training Learn and deliver training curricula with authority Contribute to curriculum development as needed Experience Proven experience as a technical trainer in manufacturing, automotive, or related technical environments Ability to quickly learn new material and concepts and deliver training as a Subject Matter Expert Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly at a level that is easy to comprehend Demonstrated ability to adapt training to various learning styles
