$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, including full shift every other weekend

Job Description:

Aurora Plains Academy works with youth facing behavioral and mental health challenges in a structured residential setting. This role is hands-on and best suited for individuals who are patient, reliable, and comfortable maintaining consistency and boundaries.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and support youth in a residential environment Help manage behavior and de-escalate situations when needed Build positive relationships while maintaining structure and accountability Support daily routines, activities, and life skills development Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents

Requirements:
