What You'll Do:

At Byard Construction LLC, you will: Independently set up and operate surveying equipment for field layout and data collection. Provide precise staking and measurement for foundations, utilities, roads, and other construction elements. Conduct field surveys and measurements to monitor construction progress and confirm compliance with project plans. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and foremen to deliver accurate data that drives project success. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot surveying equipment to ensure it is in proper working order. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and your coworkers.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a survey technician, construction layout, or in a related role is preferred but

NOT REQUIRED.

Strong work ethics, attention to detail, and accuracy in data collection. Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office products Ability to collaborate effectively with other construction professionals. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
