Benz Consulting Group is seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our growing Nashville team as Insurance Benefits Advisors . This is a rewarding opportunity to help individuals, families, and small businesses design personalized health and supplemental insurance plans . No prior sales experience is required—our comprehensive training program provides the mentorship, structure, and tools you need to succeed. Responsibilities Consult with clients to assess insurance and benefits needs Present tailored health, life, dental, vision, and disability solutions Manage appointments, communications, and client relationships Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development Maintain a client-first and ethical approach in all interactions Training & Development Our 13-week structured training program blends classroom instruction with hands-on client engagement. You'll gain skills in consulting, cross-selling, and business development , guided by top-performing mentors who lead by example.
