The Opportunity Join Hitachi Energy as a Training Systems & Records Analyst and help shape the learning experience at our Alamo, TN location. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate training data, supporting compliance, and ensuring smooth training operations for employees across the site. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail‑driven, energized by organizing information, and motivated to support others in their development journey. You'll work closely with the Training and Development team to manage our Learning Management System (LMS), keep training records up to date, and ensure training sessions are coordinated seamlessly from start to finish. How You'll Make an Impact Administer and update the Learning Management System (LMS). Schedule and coordinate training sessions and logistics. Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and attendance. Generate training reports and analyze data for insights. Prepare and distribute training materials and resources. Support employees with LMS access and training-related questions. Recommend process improvements to enhance training efficiency. Monitor compliance to ensure required courses are completed on schedule. Your Background Bachelor's degree in HR, project management, data management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or data management. Strong proficiency with LMS platforms and digital data systems. Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication, organization, and customer support skills. Ability to analyze data and maintain high accuracy in recordkeeping.
