JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimal supervision to plan, organize, and deliver tailored English language instruction to international students, postdoctoral scholars, and immigrant employees in a classroom and social settings. Focuses on developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while promoting cultural integration in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Personnel Management, or related field Experience 3 years of experience in development and use of training methods, techniques, and materials May consider additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
JOB DUTIES
Plans, organizes, administers, conducts, and coordinates in-service training and educational programs. Confers with management and line supervision to determine need and scope of training programs. Develops curriculum and lesson plans or other appropriate methods of presentation. Conducts training sessions, organizes lectures, and prepares training manuals and materials, visual aides such as slides and films, and other training implements. Maintains records of training activities, and evaluates applicability and effectiveness of programs. Recommends policies and procedures relating to training activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
