GSDSW is seeking a dynamic Resource Development Specialist to expand donor engagement, grow partnerships, and champion our mission. What You Will Do Implement creative annual giving campaigns. Manage donor relationships using DonorPerfect. Use DonorSearch to identify donor prospects and strengthen pipelines. Create inspiring donor communications and stewardship touchpoints. Support corporate sponsorships and grant development. Represent GSDSW at community events and build partnerships. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience with DonorPerfect and DonorSearch (required). 1-3 years in philanthropy and donor relations. Demonstrated experience in nonprofit fundraising, including donor cultivation, stewardship, and relationship-based philanthropy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for the Girl Scout mission. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
