This role is critical to driving adoption, training teams, reinforcing standards, and following up relentlessly to ensure compliance and performance. It is ideal for someone energetic, articulate, structured, and results‑focused who excels at teaching, implementation, and follow‑through. Responsibilities Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars with exceptional public speaking and presentation skills to motivate and educate diverse audiences. Collaborate with HR teams on talent management initiatives such as onboarding, employee orientation, succession planning, and performance management to align training strategies with organizational goals. Train teams on new processes, workflows, and operational standards. Implement new procedures across departments, ensuring consistent adoption. Create training materials including presentations, guides, videos, and visual aids. Lead interactive, dynamic, and engaging training sessions. Track training attendance, completion, and follow‑up actions. Support onboarding and initial training for new employees. Manage training calendars, certifications, and compliance records. Provide feedback to the QMS team on adoption gaps and improvement opportunities. Maintain strong digital organization using Microsoft 365 tools. Qualifications Experience in training, implementation, onboarding, or similar roles. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Comfort creating digital training content and materials. Ability to simplify and clearly teach complex topics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and facilitate engaging classroom experiences. Familiarity with content development tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring software. Experience in human resources functions including employee orientation, talent management, succession planning, and employee relations. Ability to research emerging trends in training & development and adapt strategies accordingly.
