40% of Gross Profit + Training Bonuses Job Description TK Roofing & Restoration is looking for an experienced door-to-door roofing sales representative and trainer to help grow our residential roofing business in the DFW area. This position is for someone who already has experience in roofing sales, storm restoration, door-to-door canvassing, insurance claim sales, or residential construction sales. The ideal candidate can not only generate and close roofing leads, but also help train new sales representatives in the field. This role requires individuals who are comfortable climbing ladders, inspecting roofs, and working at heights while maintaining a professional and safety-first mindset. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with strong commission potential.

Compensation This position pays:

40% of gross profit on jobs sold and completed Additional bonus opportunity: Training bonus for each salesperson you train who successfully gets a roof install scheduled Bonus details can be discussed based on experience and training responsibilities. Responsibilities The Sales Representative & Trainer will be responsible for: Door-to-door canvassing in targeted residential areas Generating roofing leads and inspections Climbing ladders and performing roof inspections when safe and appropriate Working on or around roofs while following safety expectations Meeting with homeowners and explaining roofing options Assisting homeowners with storm damage and insurance claim questions Following up with leads and customers Closing roofing jobs Helping train new door-to-door sales representatives Teaching new reps how to canvass, inspect, communicate with homeowners, and schedule installs Representing TK Roofing & Restoration professionally in the field Requirements Previous roofing sales experience required Door-to-door sales experience strongly preferred Comfortable climbing ladders, inspecting roofs, and working at heights Safety-first mindset when performing inspections or working around roofing projects Ability to train and motivate new sales representatives Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation Cell phone required Self-motivated and commission-driven Professional appearance and attitude Must be able to work independently as a 1099 contractor Preferred Experience Residential roofing sales Storm restoration sales Insurance claim roofing sales Door-to-door canvassing Sales team training or field leadership Knowledge of roofing systems, inspections, and homeowner presentations Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is confident, experienced, and comfortable knocking doors, speaking with homeowners, inspecting roofs, closing sales, and helping build a new sales team.
