They will determine training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs as well as specific skill or knowledge gaps within the organization. Additionally, they will assist managers with decisions concerning direction and scheduling of classroom training, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of training while suggesting and implementing improvements. Job Duties Maintains knowledge and practical experience of both company and industry standards relating to operation and maintenance of VRU's. Ability to collect and organize ideas and data, then create presentations or procedures for distribution internally and externally. Develops material for use in training service technicians in accordance with company Tech Tier and other related training programs. Train service technicians on proper and safe operation and maintenance of company equipment in both classroom and hands-on settings. Coordinates training events provided by vendors when available. Collaborates with operations and engineering leadership to establish and maintain validity of proper maintenance practices for company equipment. In cooperation with the Operations and Technical Support teams, aid in the development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs and work instructions. Work closely with leadership teams to ensure that training is continually meeting expectations. Assist with the creation and implementation of training certification programs. Expected to regularly recommend and implement methods and procedures to improve efficiency within scope of role. Adhere to company policy, procedures, and rules. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude Other duties and assignments as assigned by a Vice President, Director, or Manager.

Most assignments regularly require problem identification and resolution. Anticipates and proactively solves moderately complex problems. Ability to meet deadlines and established goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Physical Demands Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions) Must be able to travel occasionally to all operating regions. Regularly required to stand, walk, and bend, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, use PC and talk or hear. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. Proficiency Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and advanced competency in PowerPoint is preferred. Above average competency with technology- programs and equipment. Ability to design and compile training material in digital formats. Comfortable with presenting and public speaking in small group settings. Qualifications 5 years in Vapor Recovery, Gas Compression, or related industry is preferred. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings (P&IDs) Strong attention to detail, observation, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and established goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment
