Full Job Description Overview:
The Ford Blue Advantage Consultant supports the brand by driving dealership enrollment, delivering ongoing training to enrolled dealership staff, and developing strategic plans to improve certification and sales performance across their assigned market. This role requires a competitive, persuasive, and analytical professional. The ideal candidate brings strong retail acumen, a solid understanding of modern customer experience expectations, and a proven track record of successful training and presentations.
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $85,000, plus quarterly bonus potential
Territory:
Dallas, TX and Oklahoma Responsibilities:
Promote the Ford Blue Advantage brand with enthusiasm and clearly communicate its value proposition. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships through integrity, expertise, and consistent follow-through. Partner with dealership executive leadership to assess business goals and develop effective strategies for success. Deliver ongoing training to dealership management as well as sales, service, and administrative teams. Identify workflow gaps and implement best practices that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, sales, and profitability. Leverage program analytics, tools, and resources to guide dealership performance. Complete administrative responsibilities, including visit reports, action plans, expense reports, and travel coordination, in a timely manner. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in automotive operations. Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to deliver engaging sessions both in person and virtually. Ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels within a dealership and respond to questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including creating polished presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility to adjust schedules based on client needs. Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time. Commitment to a team culture centered on collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform activities such as sitting, standing, walking, driving, reaching, stooping, lifting, typing, and repetitive motions. Close visual acuity required for reviewing data, working on a computer, and reading materials.
