Position Summary The Bilingual Training & Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our staff are well-prepared, confident, and equipped to deliver outstanding care. This specialist will primarily facilitate and deliver established training programs for new hires and existing staff, while providing operational support and serving as a key partner to leadership. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential to effectively serve our patient population. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery & Onboarding Facilitate and deliver established new hire orientation and onboarding programs Follow and implement current training processes, procedures, and materials Ensure all new staff are fully prepared and confident before beginning their roles Track and document training completion and progress for all new hires Provide consistent and engaging training experiences that reflect company standards Offer feedback and observations to leadership on training effectiveness Ongoing Staff Development Facilitate regular training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses for existing staff Reinforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards through ongoing education Support staff in understanding expectations and building confidence in their roles Identify and communicate staff learning needs to leadership for continuous improvement Caseload Coverage & Operational Support Provide temporary caseload coverage for staff during absences or transitions Maintain working knowledge of operations to effectively support staff needs Serve as a reliable resource and point of contact for staff navigating complex situations Support day-to-day operational continuity as needed Leadership Support & Collaboration Partner with directors, managers, and supervisors to ensure training aligns with organizational goals Communicate training outcomes, staff progress, and observations to leadership regularly Support leadership in rolling out new policies, procedures, and initiatives Participate in leadership meetings and contribute a training perspective Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned Growth Opportunity — Future Contributions As this role evolves and the specialist becomes familiar with our programs and culture, there will be opportunities to: Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of existing training materials Suggest and pilot improvements to onboarding and training processes Take on a larger role in shaping the training program over time Grow into a senior training leadership position as the organization expands Qualifications Required Bilingual — English and Spanish (spoken and written fluency required) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, staff development, or a related field Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to follow established processes and deliver training with consistency and professionalism Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Experience delivering onboarding or orientation programs Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and standards Experience providing caseload coverage or direct client support Bilingual written skills including ability to translate materials as needed What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive health insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Meaningful work that makes a real difference in people's lives Veritas Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
