Student Success Systems 2222 N. Alamo St. San Antonio, Texas, 78215 United States Job Summary and Description The Student Success Systems Trainer designs, delivers, and evaluates comprehensive training programs that enhance the effectiveness, consistency, and quality of student-facing services across the district. This position supports technical and professional development for staff in areas such as academic advising, admissions, enrollment, financial aid, call center operations, and student engagement. The Trainer ensures that front-line and support teams have the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver exceptional, equity-minded, and student-centered experiences that align with the district's mission of empowering students for success.
Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education, student services, training, or organizational development. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering professional development or customer service training programs. Strong understanding of student success processes such as advising, onboarding, financial aid, and enrollment management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Higher Education, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources Development, or related field. Experience with customer relationship systems (CRM), student information systems (SIS) learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, or digital training platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce, Banner, EAB Navigate, or related student success technologies. Certification in training, instructional design, or facilitation (e.g., ATD, CPLP, or similar). EEO Statement
