GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Training Operations Support Specialist will support the Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW) at JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, TX, assisting Government leadership with operational coordination, training management, administrative support, scheduling synchronization, and mission support activities across the SWTW enterprise. SWTW trains and develops the Air Force's future Special Warfare Airmen to operate in demanding combat and high-risk operational environments. The Training Operations Support Specialist will support dynamic training operations requiring coordination across operational units, training squadrons, mission partners, and geographically separated training activities. T3i is seeking full-time personnel capable of operating in fast-paced operational environments requiring organizational agility, operational awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities. Personnel will assist Government staff with training operations coordination, readiness tracking, workflow management, scheduling support, operational reporting, staff synchronization, and administrative mission support activities necessary to sustain uninterrupted SWTW operations. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, along with the ability to work effectively with military personnel, civilian staff, and external mission partners. Successful candidates must be self-starters capable of working independently while supporting complex operational and training environments.
Responsibilities:
Support operational planning, scheduling, synchronization, and execution activities associated with SWTW training operations and mission support functions Coordinate training schedules, facility utilization, resource requirements, transportation coordination, and operational support activities across multiple stakeholders and training locations Maintain operational trackers, readiness reports, student management products, task management systems, continuity documentation, and organizational reporting tools Assist in the preparation, coordination, routing, and tracking of staff packages, executive summaries, operational correspondence, meeting minutes, briefing materials, and action items Support organization and maintenance of operational trackers, readiness products, scheduling data, and training management information used to support SWTW operations Assist Government personnel with training throughput visibility, readiness status tracking, operational reporting coordination, and mission support documentation Coordinate with Government personnel, operational units, training squadrons, external agencies, and mission partners to support effective communication and operational alignment Support execution of meetings, working groups, operational planning efforts, site visits, inspections, conferences, exercises, and special projects as required Utilize Government-approved systems, databases, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications to support operational execution and information management Assist with development and maintenance of operational processes, continuity procedures, workflow improvements, and organizational support initiatives Support distributed training operations, temporary duty events, surge operations, and geographically separated training activities as required Maintain situational awareness of operational priorities, schedule impacts, student status changes, and mission support requirements affecting SWTW operations Provide administrative and mission support functions necessary to sustain uninterrupted SWTW operational and training activities
Required Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting military operations, training operations, program management, operational planning, mission support activities, or administrative management functions within a DoD, SOF, training, or operational environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in fast-paced operational environments Ability to organize, track, and manage operational information with accuracy and attention to detail Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and stakeholders Ability to obtain and maintain a
Secret Clearance Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Training Management, Exercise Science, Data Analytics, or related field Experience supporting military headquarters staff functions, operational battle rhythms, training pipeline coordination, or enterprise mission support activities Experience supporting dynamic or high-tempo operational or training environments Experience supporting geographically separated or distributed operations Experience utilizing workflow management systems, task management tools, or Government tracking systems Experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, information papers, or operational correspondence Familiarity with Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR), or SWTW operational environments preferred Prior military experience or experience supporting DoD operational organizations preferred

Drug Free Workplace Statement:
As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards. To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel. All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP. Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
