Great team atmosphere Rewarding work Numerous growth opportunities within the company Pay rate is $15.50 hourly with potential growth to $19.00 per hour Discounted and standby travel privileges worldwide for you and your family with all four of our major partners (Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines) Primary Job Duties As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of scheduling the training of our pilots and instructors. This is a complex process, and the knowledge will build as different areas are introduced and assigned.
  • Multiple software platforms/windows are open and used throughout the day
  • Build schedules for tracking Classroom Training devices Simulators
  • Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed
  • Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions
  • Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements
  • Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary
  • Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors
  • Maintain knowledge of all department, company, and FAA policies
  • Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs Minimum Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
  • Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
  • Self-starter and motivated team player
  • Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
  • Work well with others as part of a team Physical and Other Requirements
  • This is a full-time position Schedule is four 10-hour shifts, Wednesday - Saturday
  • This is not a remote position. This position is located at our headquarters in St. George, UT
  • Moderate noise level (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and group setting)
