Job Description
- Multiple software platforms/windows are open and used throughout the day
- Build schedules for tracking Classroom Training devices Simulators
- Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed
- Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions
- Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements
- Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary
- Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors
- Maintain knowledge of all department, company, and FAA policies
- Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
- Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
- Self-starter and motivated team player
- Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
- Work well with others as part of a team Physical and Other Requirements
- This is a full-time position Schedule is four 10-hour shifts, Wednesday - Saturday
- This is not a remote position. This position is located at our headquarters in St. George, UT
- Moderate noise level (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and group setting)

Qualifications:
As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of scheduling the training of our pilots and instructors.
