- Posting may close at any time) Job Summary The Clinical and Translational Science Institute is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Clinical Research Support Office ( CRSO ) to support the OnCore Clinical Trials Management System throughout the University campus.

P15 Serves as a subject matter expert ( SME ) for OnCore and related systems (eReg, Participant Payments, and Epic), providing technical support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization for end-users Design, deliver and evaluatecomprehensive training programs, including digital and in-person instructional materials, to ensure user proficiency and adoption. Partners with department leadership to assess evolving training needs and designs strategic educational programs for system enhancements, ensuring all delivery methods remain current, effective, and aligned with process changes. Participates in system testing activities, including evaluation of upgrades and new functionality; provides feedback to vendors and stakeholders Develops and analyzes metrics and reports to support system utilization, adoption, and organizational decision-making Collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate system updates, support initiatives, and contribute to development of standard operating procedures and audit activitiesDisclaimer:

Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience. Preferences Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of experience with training and education in clinical research 2- 3 years of experience in health care setting with clinical research experience preferred Ability to use creative and effective presentation skills to teach individuals or groups of 4-80 adults Knowledgeable about Clinical Trials Management Systems, specifically Oncore Familiarity with Federal regulations regarding human subject research Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, knowledge of website support a plus Software training experience preferred but not required Type Benefited Staff Special Instructions Summary In the cover letter, please describe your experience as it relates to this position and confirm that you will be available to work from the state of Utah for this position.
