FLEX is a growing technology company that serves the core processing needs of over 250 credit unions in 46 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and the West Indies. We proudly stand alone as the industry's largest and oldest core system provider that has not changed ownership. FLEX is looking for local talent, in office, in Sandy, Utah. Deliver training sessions (in-person, virtual, and recorded) for users of our software Create training materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and job aids Assess training needs and customize programs accordingly Provide one-on-one and group instruction to employees and/or clients Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content Collaborate with IT, product, and support teams to stay updated on system changes Serve as a subject matter expert for software-related questions

Preferred Skills:
