Our New Employee Orientation (NEO) team manages our client's New Employee Orientation suite of programs. The NEO Training Specialist facilitates, instructs, develops, maintains, and provides customer service in support of the new employee orientation course and first year events. The effective onboarding of new employees has a significant impact on sustaining our client's brand as an employer of choice, providing an efficient and valuable onboarding experience, strengthening employee retention, and integrating new hires into the agency's mission and culture.

Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly eligibility
Position Type:
Full-Time Key Responsibilities:
Instruct and facilitate courses for adult learners (Instructor-led in-person and online). Create curriculum and conducts curriculum maintenance. Adjust curriculum and develops new curriculum based on stakeholder, student feedback, and market research across the DoD, Intelligence Community and industry. Provide formal, informal, or non-formal training. Anticipate and meet the needs of new hires.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any concentration/area of study. At least 5 years demonstrated experience instructing adult learners. At least 5 years demonstrated experience maintaining curriculum. At least 5 years demonstrated experience in developing courses.
Desired:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, Teaching, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, or similar degree that provides knowledge and education of adult learning. Experience supporting new hires (onboarding). Experience updating and maintaining content for informational websites. Experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD). Experience facilitating and instructing adult learners both in-person and virtually.
