Secret Cleared BMD Mission Coordinator

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Fleet Synthetic Training and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Operations Planner to support advanced naval training and operations. This role sits within the Global Security (GS) group, which delivers Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training solutions, fleet sustainment, and mission-critical support services. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an Operations Planner for NCTE-supported training and exercise events
• Collaborate with Navy Combatant Commands and joint/coalition stakeholders (MDA, NATO, USAF, Army) to define operational requirements
• Develop and manage Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M) using project tracking tools
• Support development of Master Scenario Event
• List (MSEL) inputs and simulation scenarios aligned with BMD training objectives
• Provide on-site support for exercises, including off-hours events and planning conferences
• Coordinate with operations and engineering leads to validate staffing plans and situational reporting Rate is dependent on experience and is 38.46

Skills and Requirements Experience:

• Bachelor's + 5 years relevant experience, OR Master's + 3 years, OR PhD/JD + 0 years, OR High School Diploma + 9 years relevant experience
• Operational warfighter experience supporting Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) missions
• Experience on a Combat Systems Training Team and/or in a senior enlisted leadership role within Ballistic Missile Defense expertise
• Active U.S. Secret clearance (required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
