EXEMPT/INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
- This position is responsible for co-facilitating the agency wide Exploring Bias Training.
Responsibilities:
Participate in a train-the-trainer program Lead a five-hour interactive workshop on exploring bias Attend trainer meetings Maintain exploring bias training records Present material in such a way that the participants are knowledgeable with the information and have developed skills to bring this information and practices back to their teams
Requirements:
Must be an exempt employee at Howard Center Experience and/or interest in facilitating conversations around bias in the workplace.
Structure:
Hours vary weekly $25 an hour
