Dassault Systemes' award-winning Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12-month, training program designed for new and recent college graduates. This Program will accelerate your professional growth, leadership opportunities, and hands-on experience in a global technology leader. What You'll Do Participate in an immersive boot camp, learning Dassault Systemes' solutions, business model, and processes
Collaborate with the North American Business Development Team in support of Company growth and market expansion
Engage with the Sales Transaction Support team to understand the end-to-end sales process through hands on activities, learning the tools and engaging with multiple stakeholders
Engage in hands-on customer outreach, including warm and cold calls, gaining practical experience with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Develop your presentation and pitching skills through corporate storytelling and learning sessions in our Americas Customer Briefing Center
Participate in project work, shadowing, and receiving mentorship from seasoned 3DS leaders, accelerating your readiness for customer-facing roles Qualifications Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business
Up to 2 years' experience in a client-facing role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work onsite at our Waltham, MA Campus
Familiarity with Dassault Systemes' brands or industries is a plus
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary Pay Transparency Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $87000 and $100000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
