Job Description

Sunrise Services, INC. is seeking a Trainer for our Supported Living Program! About the
Program:
The Supported Living Program (SL) provides community living services for adults with a wide range of disabilities and mental health challenges. The SL program promotes self-determination, independence, and competence for clients.
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting job specific training; focusing on teaching specific areas of knowledge for on-the-job capabilities. Convey values and mission. Partners with others to welcome and onboard new employees with positive messaging and preparation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver group and individual training sessions; pertaining to a range of technical, operational, behavioral, and/ or leadership areas Identify and assess individual and group training needs within the division based on employee performance, data and trends; including incident reports, and other documentation Work with Training and Quality Assurance teams to identify and assess individual and group training needs within the division based on employee performance, data and trends; including incident reports, and tother documentation. Meet with leadership teams to ascertain current training needs Conduct surveys; client and employee Create teaching materials Direct structured and unstructured learning experiences Plan organize and implement a range of training activities Conduct new hire training as well as seasoned employee training sessions Support employees learn or enhance skills Evaluate training effectiveness, ensure training needs are met per regulations Hold workshops and lectures Support participant activities

Full Time:
8:30am - 5pm
Compensation:
$22 - $24 per hour Wages are determined by applicable industry experience, education, and certifications/licensure.
Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience:
1 year, preferred
Licensure/Certification:
Obtain CPR/ First Aid Certification. Driver's license required to attend local trainings as needed. Attend training required by applicable laws.
Other:
Pass background check and fingerprinting; as required.
