Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Mentors will be required to provide guidance, recommendations, and assist in continuous improvement utilizing the team of experienced personnel with diverse backgrounds. Work Mentors will be responsible for supporting the Conduct of Work Mentor Program, which includes project assessments, program development, and maintaining healthy working relationships. Work Mentors will support and disseminate the principles of Human Performance Improvement (HPI), Conduct of Work, and Conduct of Operations. Work Mentors will observe work preparations, work execution, providing timely feedback, and strategies for involving the workforce in the development of work processes.
