Job Description:
Facilitates clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, building strong professional relationships to guarantee prompt and accurate fulfillment. Manages and schedules mandatory training for an assigned department, collaborating with Training Supervisors to develop and distribute effective educational material. Maintain strict compliance standards by meticulously tracking personnel training records and generating monthly status reports for department leadership. Oversee employee compliance tracking and database management, delivering accurate, monthly training status reports to management to ensure operational readiness. Manages the end to end administrative lifecycle for professional development requests, coordinating approval workflows for internal, external, and vendor-led training to ensure diverse technical teams meet certification requirements.
