- Position Overview
- We are seeking a motivated
- Training Specialist
- to support
- cGMP biomanufacturing operations
- by organizing, developing, and delivering in-person training programs. This role works closely with the Training Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure employees are properly trained on
- SOPs, cGMP processes, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and compliance requirements
- . The ideal candidate will support training development, track compliance metrics, and help ensure training programs are effective, current, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Organize and deliver
- in-person training sessions
- on SOPs, cGMP, compliance, and EHS topics + Assist in development and formatting of
- training materials, manuals, and curricula
- + Conduct
- training needs assessments
- to identify skill gaps and learning requirements + Develop and support
- employee training programs
- to enhance skills, safety, and compliance knowledge + Track, monitor, and report
- training completion and compliance metrics
- to management + Maintain accurate and complete
- training records and documentation systems
- + Evaluate training effectiveness and support continuous improvement of training programs + Collaborate with
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- to define training needs and performance standards + Support
- SOP training initiatives
- in partnership with Quality Assurance + Assist with
- cleanroom support activities
- , including adherence to 5S and safety standards + Support
- equipment qualification and validation activities
- as needed + Communicate updates, policies, and training-related information to employees + Participate in team meetings and support cross-functional training initiatives + Provide on-the-floor support in
ISO 6/7/8
cleanroom environments- + Ensure compliance with
- cGMP, GDP, and GLP standards
- in all training activities
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in
- Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field
- + •1-2 years of experience•in laboratory, pharmaceutical, or biomanufacturing environment + Experience in •bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing or medical device industry•+ Knowledge of •cGMP, GDP, GLP, and SOP compliance•+ Experience working in •cleanroom environments (ISO 6/7/8)•+ Familiarity with •biomanufacturing equipment and laboratory operations•+ Strong communication and organizational skills + Proficiency in •Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.
)
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Prior
- biomanufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience
- + Experience in structured
- training or onboarding programs
- + Familiarity with systems such as
- TrackWise, ComplianceWire, or similar training platforms
- + Experience with
- aseptic technique and cleanroom operations
- + Strong analytical and documentation review skills
Pay Details:
- $29.
