PTO WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT TRAINER?
In this full-time role, you will oversee the full development cycle of our sales team, onboarding and training new representatives, conducting ride-alongs, providing structured coaching, running sales meetings and roleplays, retraining underperformers, supporting candidate evaluations, implementing improved training processes, and tracking key metrics to raise closing ratios.

Proven personal success in sales (home improvement/construction preferred) Experience with coaching or mentoring sales professionals Strong presentation and communication skills Confident in delivering direct, constructive feedback Organized and highly metrics-driven Committed to continuous improvement and team development
