Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Training Coordinator to join our team in Mauston, Wisconsin. Dec USA is a leading provider of containment and aseptic systems for the pharmaceutical, biotech, nuclear and chemical markets. The Training Coordinator will organize and oversee all Dec USA training plans. The training coordinator will work closely with department managers and HR to identify needs, design and develop training plans for all departments, conduct all company training programs, maintain all training records, and plan future training for current employees and new hires. Job Duties Work with department managers to determine training needs Create 90 day plans for new hires tailored to each role Develop and maintain training materials and presentations Maintain employee skills matrices Schedule all necessary company trainings and maintain records Communicate scheduled training New hire onboarding and orientation Maintain all training material and equipment Recommend training materials and methods to improve current training practice Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Training & Development, Education, or a related field preferred or a combination of education and experience Knowledge of office procedures and equipment Proficiency in MS Office Job training methods and techniques Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in a training role Understanding of how to develop and deploy training plans Familiar with educational material and various training methods

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
