Job Description

Overview Collaborates with production supervisors to identify training needs and map out training plans for production employees. Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs for production employees. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Upholds and follows all safety rules and regulations, both in daily work and in the development of training programs. Trains production employees on measurement tools, blueprint reading, and more. Regularly assess the efficacy of training programs and makes improvements as needed. Designs, prepares, and orders educational aids and materials. Develops and maintains training documentation. Collaborates with production supervisors and operations leadership to identify training needs and map out training plans. Gathers training program feedback and makes recommended changes. Assists with new hire onboarding. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Skills Requirements Solid understanding of measurement tools, blueprints, and other topics the training programs center on. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively lead training programs. Computer proficiency (use of ERP systems and Microsoft suite of products). Strong organizational skills. Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Prior training experience preferred. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
