Job Description

Job Summary Assisting Hands is a leading in-home care provider serving southeastern Wisconsin since 2019. We are recruiting an independent and results-driven Business Development and Sales Professional to drive the next phase of our rapid growth in Greater Milwaukee. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, fostering strong relationships with referral sources, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. We provide a competitive base salary and commission for the life of services on each client acquired, opening the door for you to build your own "book of business" and steadily increase your annual income. Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, senior care/services marketplace, proven experience in business development or sales within healthcare or homecare services. Exceptional communication and customer relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with clients and partners. Strong knowledge of, and experience using a CRM to support sales and marketing activities. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities. Develop targeted outreach campaigns that promote our homecare services effectively. Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations to generate referrals and partnerships. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales plan execution, manage referral source interactions, nurture leads, and analyze sales data. Convert leads to contracted clients via phone and in-person consultations, understanding them on a personal level and guiding them to solutions that fit their unique needs. •
