Job Description

Responsible for the design and development of company training programs. Monitor and report program effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
Qualifications include:
Undergraduate Degree or Certificate; Demonstrated experience in developing training plans, manuals, and programs; and Understanding of adult learning principles.
Pay Rate:
$23/hr
