Scouting America (fka Boy Scouts of America) believes and understands that helping youth puts us on a path towards a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society. Responsibilities Maintain office policies and procedures Handle correspondence (emails, calls, mail) Assist in planning and implementing development projects or campaigns Maintain databases (donors, clients, partners, or program data) Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records Assist with fundraising campaigns, grant applications, or donor outreach Track donations, pledges, and funding sources Prepare donor communications and acknowledgments Organize files, documents, and internal systems Support office operations related to development work Arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, or events Assist with preparation of membership recruiting supplies Assist with retail store operations and inventory management Qualifications Excellent people skills, enthusiastic, punctual, responsible and creative. Committed to personal and professional productivity, while maintaining high ethical and professional working standards. Attained 21 years of age or older unless prohibited by any applicable law. Offers for employment are subject to criminal, reference and motor vehicle background checks.
