Responsibilities Assist pet stylists with grooming procedures, including bathing, drying, brushing, and trimming pets' fur to meet client specifications Handle animals safely and gently during grooming sessions, ensuring proper restraint and comfort Support with pet care tasks such as feeding, administering medications if needed, and monitoring health conditions Maintain cleanliness of grooming stations, tools, and work areas to uphold hygiene standards Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' needs and grooming preferences Help with animal handling duties in the kennel or holding areas, ensuring animals are calm and secure before grooming or vet visits Assist with heavy lifting of pets or equipment as required to ensure safety for both animals and staff Skills Ability to handle animals confidently in high-pressure situations while maintaining calmness and patience Strong customer service skills to communicate clearly with pet owners and team members Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during busy grooming days Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for animals makes a difference!
