The Role We're looking for an experienced groomer who: Takes pride in quality over speed Handles dogs with patience and confidence Communicates clearly with pet parents and teammates Wants a salon where professionalism and respect go both ways What You'll Be Doing Full-service grooming (bath, dry, deshed, nail trim, ear cleaning, breed-specific cuts) Styling with comfort and safety as the top priority Working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments using calm, humane handling Noticing and communicating skin, coat, or behavior concerns Maintaining a clean, safe workspace Being trusted as a skilled professional — with support when you need it You'll have the time to do your best work and build real relationships with your clients — without feeling rushed or micromanaged. What We're Looking For 1+ year professional grooming experience Strong understanding of coat types, breeds, and canine behavior Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why Groomers Choose Us 50% commission + 100% of tips W-2 employment Established, loyal clientele Calm, respectful salon culture No yelling.
