Experienced groomer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and providing top-notch grooming services. If you have experience in customer service, animal care, and pet grooming, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
• Handle and restrain animals safely during grooming procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' needs and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
• Monitor pets for health issues and report any abnormalities to the appropriate staff
• Assist with other tasks related to kennel care, dog training, or animal handling as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pet grooming or related field preferred, at least 1 year
• Availability Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
• Ability to lift and move heavy animals 50+ lbs safely
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Certification in pet grooming or willingness to obtain certification
