- Full-time Grooming Salon Manager Full-Time | On-Site | About the Role We're looking for a Grooming Salon Manager who leads with warmth, energy, and genuine care for the people around them.

What You'll Do Lead and inspire the team. Create a positive, encouraging environment where groomers and bathers feel supported, valued, and motivated to do their best work. Coach and develop staff. Provide hands-on training and ongoing, constructive feedback that helps each team member grow — always with patience and positivity. Manage the daily operation. Build and maintain the staff schedule, keep the day running smoothly, and make sure both clients and pets have an excellent experience start to finish. Deliver outstanding customer service. Set the standard for how clients are treated and handle any concerns with professionalism and care. Oversee hiring. Recruit, interview, and onboard new groomers and bathers, building a team that fits our culture. Manage inventory. Track supplies, place orders, and keep the salon well-stocked and ready. Groom when needed. Step in on the floor to groom dogs as needed, lending your expertise and helping the team during busy periods. What We're Looking For A genuinely positive, uplifting attitude — you bring good energy to the team every day and lead by encouragement, not pressure. A natural coach and motivator who helps people improve while making them feel confident and supported. Exceptional organization and time-management skills — you keep many moving parts running smoothly without missing a beat. Excellent customer service skills and a warm, professional manner with clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a team aligned and happy. Professional dog grooming experience. You should be a capable, confident groomer comfortable working with a range of breeds and temperaments. Previous leadership or management experience preferred , ideally in a grooming salon, pet care, or similar service environment.
