Up to 45% Full-Time Benefits (30+ hours/week): 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Employee discount on retail and grooming services Tips Duties and Responsibilities Perform full-service grooming, including bathing, clipping, brushing, and breed-standard or client-specific cuts. Prioritize pet safety and well-being throughout the grooming process Build strong, positive relationships with pet parents Recommend appropriate products to enhance the pet's care and appearance Maintain grooming area cleanliness, organization, and sanitation Use store scheduling and POS systems as needed Attend meetings and trainings Work collaboratively with the store and grooming team members Perform other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional dog grooming experience required High school diploma or GED required Formal grooming education or certification preferred Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work well in a team and independently Comfortable using grooming tools, scheduling software, and basic computer programs Work Environment & Physical Requirements Active grooming environment with tubs, dryers, tables, and equipment Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 45 pounds May require travel to other locations, meetings, or events, occasionally before or after store hours Variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required Must be comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
