At least 3 years of grooming experience Confident in breed standard cuts Able to lift up to 80 lbs Clean driving record Comfortable handling difficult dogs Can prep & dry dogs independently Own grooming tools Weekend availability Willing to learn and grow Bonus Skills (not required, but a plus!): Cat grooming experience Hand-stripping skills
