We've intentionally built a calmer, cleaner, more intentional grooming studio focused on quality over chaos. No overcrowded kennel room. No assembly-line workflow. No rushing dogs through for volume. Appointments are completed straight through rather than having dogs stay all day. We intentionally limit daily volume so every dog receives proper attention, handling, and care. Our average client expects a noticeably higher standard of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. We prioritize coat health, comfort, handling, and pup's experience over speed. The Role As a Dog Bather / Grooming Assistant, you are a critical part of the quality and experience we provide.

Your work directly impacts:

the quality of every groom the comfort of the dogs the cleanliness of the studio the overall client experience Responsibilities include: Bathing dogs thoroughly and safely Proper drying and coat preparation Brushing, de-shedding, and prep work Nail trims and sanitary trims Shaving under paws and rounding paws (as neccessary) Assisting groomers during appointments Maintaining an exceptionally clean, calm, and organized workspace Monitoring dog comfort and behavior throughout services All other duties as required by the business Who You Are You may be a great fit if you are: Calm and patient with dogs Highly dependable Detail-oriented Clean and organized Able to work efficiently without rushing Coachable and eager to improve Professional with clients and coworkers Someone who takes pride in doing things properly 1+ years of experience is preferred, and attitude, reliability, and attention to detail matter just as much.
