Job Description
Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited To Dusting desks, chairs, counters, blinds and furniture Clean lobby, reception or any other assigned areas by your supervisor Dusting Vacuuming Spot cleaning Refilling supplies and dispensers Empty wastebaskets & recycling bins Mop floors Wipe down tables and chairs Assist team for special projects and/or perform any duties as directed by your supervisor Clean using appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals by following our established processes and procedures Supervising up to 50 dogs. Cleaning and caring for the dogs. Attendance and Punctuality essential function of the position as it requires face to face interaction. Follow company health and safety rules and wear protective equipment when and where applicable. Follow all established company policies, protocols, and guidelines Requirements Must be able to work holidays and weekends (Please do not apply if you are unable to work on holidays). Basic knowledge of standard janitorial duties, cleaning techniques, products and equipment preferred. Must be 18 years of age? Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as but not limited to safety data sheets (SDS), operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals, etc. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Be able to work in a team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude at all times, and be able to assist the team/department to complete goals. Requires regular attendance and/or physical presence at the job Fast paced, high volume, detail oriented work environment Occasionally requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials. 40% Lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Requires extensive use of hands (ability to reach over, bend and extend hands) Reach above and below shoulder height, constant walking, standing in one place for long periods of time, bending, stooping, lifting, kneeling, etc. Work in varying temperature environments (internal and external parts of the building)
