Established in 2024, we are a fast-growing small business with a passion for creating a positive experience for both pets & their owners. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, experienced Dog Groomer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft, values pet comfort and safety, and wants to grow alongside a boutique grooming brand. Responsibilities Perform full-service grooms, haircuts, and styling Conduct breed-specific and customized cuts based on client requests Safely trim nails, clean ears, and perform basic hygiene services Assess coat and skin condition and communicate findings to pet parents Handle dogs with patience, kindness, and confidence Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized grooming area Work independently while collaborating with bathers and team members What We're Looking For Professional grooming experience (certification or formal training preferred) Strong knowledge of breed standards, coat types, and grooming techniques Calm, gentle handling skills with dogs of all sizes and temperaments Excellent time management and attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Desire to grow with a new and expanding grooming studio Why Join Fluffy Paws?
