In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our furry clients, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and well-cared for. The ideal candidate will possess a love for animals and a commitment to delivering high-quality pet care in a friendly and professional environment. Responsibilities Bathe and groom pets according to their specific needs and breed standards Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming sessions Handle pets gently and effectively, utilizing proper animal restraint techniques Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area and equipment Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets' grooming needs Assist in the care of animals in the facility, including feeding, walking, and monitoring their behavior Support veterinary staff as needed, including basic animal handling tasks Experience Preferred candidates will have experience or skills in the following areas: Dog training and handling techniques Animal care knowledge, including pet grooming and care practices Proficiency in animal restraint methods for safe handling during grooming sessions Customer service experience to effectively interact with pet owners Heavy lifting capability to manage larger breeds or equipment as necessary Join our team where your passion for animals can make a difference!
