We are looking for a reliable, caring, and dog-savvy team member to help supervise dogs during daycare, assist with customer check-in/check-out, support daily cleaning, and provide grooming services on scheduled grooming days. We are a small business focused on safe play, personal attention, and a close-knit community feel. We do not plan to overcrowd our space. Our goal is to create a fun, clean, and safe environment where every dog receives thoughtful care. Grooming will start 1-2 days per week and may grow as demand increases. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise dogs during playtime and monitor safe socialization Move dogs safely between play areas, kennels, potty areas, grooming, and check-in/check-out Watch for unsafe behavior, overstimulation, conflicts, or signs of stress Help prevent injuries and maintain a calm, positive play environment Check dogs in and out and communicate professionally with customers Feed dogs, refresh water, and follow care instructions Clean play areas, kennels, potty areas, bowls, toys, grooming areas, and supplies Provide grooming services on scheduled grooming days, including bathing, brushing, drying, haircuts/trims, nail trimming, and basic grooming care Keep the grooming area clean, organized, and sanitized Report any health, behavior, grooming, or safety concerns to management
