What You'll Be Doing:

Managing group play

• Keeping the peace, reading dog body language, and preventing conflicts before they happen. Ensuring safety
• A fun and safe daycare is a structured daycare. You'll be enforcing rules and maintaining order while still making it a blast. Cleaning and sanitizing
• If you're not willing to mop up after excited pups, this won't be a fit. A clean facility is a happy and healthy one! Communicating with pet parents
• We want someone who can share relevant information and updates with owners and genuinely care about their concerns.

What We Need from

You:

A proven work ethic—we want go-getters, not clock-watchers. True love for animals and people—if your main motivation is a paycheck, this isn't the role for you. Physically capable

• This job requires being on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling active dogs of all sizes. Keen eye for behavior and detail
• You must recognize signs of stress, illness, or play getting too rough. 100% availability on weekends and holidays
• This is a full-time position.
