We're currently looking for a motivated Dog Walker to join our growing team.

Schedule:

Ability to work at least three weekdays with hours between 9:00 am-4:30 pm. Occasional weekends and evenings. Hours will start lighter and increase as our client base grows. Ideal for someone flexible and patient with a gradual increase in workload.

Responsibilities:

This role is 80-90% dog walking and is ideal for someone who loves being outdoors and is confident in handling large, high-energy dogs that may pull Walk dogs safely and confidently, including large and strong breeds Follow detailed care instructions and maintain consistent routines Provide occasional pet sitting or drop-in care as needed Communicate clearly with clients and the business owner Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

Strong, physically fit, and comfortable walking multiple dogs Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Able to work independently and outdoors in all weather Prior dog handling or professional pet care experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation to travel within service areas

What We Offer:

$20-$22 per hour, based on experience and skill Starting at approximately 5-10 hours per week ($400-$800/month), with the opportunity to grow to 20+ hours per week ($1,600+/month) as the business expands Traditional and Roth IRA retirement options Employee and client referral bonuses
