Looking for an individual who is a team player, has great time management, can do attitude, is patient, dedicated, can use the computer, has good customer services skills, can multi-task and can follow directions. The includes bathing, blow-drying, nail trimming, ear cleaning, brushing, answering phones, checking clients in and out, pet waste clean up, assisting groomers as needed and maintaining a cleaning schedule within the salon. You will learn about specific coats types, specialty products, proper application, animal handling and how to use a variety of tools and techniques for optimal results. There's potential for growth within the company for the right candidate who is eager to learn and excels at the entry level position. This career offers great job stability as grooming tends to be a recession proof industry with consistent demand. We stayed booked and steady with loyal clientele. This is position is Monday approximately 11:30-6 pm and Tuesday through Friday 8-3 pm for approximately 35 hours per week. Hourly plus earned tips.
