After expanding our grooming program and building out a beautiful new grooming lounge, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Dog Groomer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow alongside a unique business that combines grooming, retail, daycare, events, and a dog-friendly social lounge. We're looking for a groomer who takes pride in their work, loves building relationships with clients, and wants to contribute to the continued growth of our grooming department. About Pure Pawsh Pure Pawsh is more than a grooming salon. We are a community for dogs and dog lovers. Our space includes boutique retail, self-wash stations, daycare, special events, private parties, a dog-friendly bar, and now a newly expanded grooming lounge designed to provide a calm, welcoming experience for both dogs and their humans. Our team is close-knit, supportive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for our clients and their pets. What We're Looking For Professional grooming experience Ability to perform breed-specific cuts and pet trims Strong scissoring and finishing skills Excellent customer service and communication A positive attitude and team-first mindset Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to safely handle dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments A desire to help build and grow a thriving grooming business Ideal Candidate We would love to find someone who already has an existing client base and is interested in continuing to build those relationships while growing with Pure Pawsh. However, we're equally excited to meet groomers who are motivated to grow their clientele and become part of our long-term vision. Work Environment This position requires someone who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Some days you may be the only groomer on-site, working alongside our daycare, retail, or event staff. Other days you may work collaboratively with additional grooming team members. Flexibility, communication, and self-motivation are important.
