We are not a high-volume grooming shop. We focus on providing a safe, clean, low-stress experience for every dog while delivering exceptional grooming results. We believe beautiful grooming starts with proper coat preparation, attention to detail, and treating every pet with kindness and respect. Responsibilities Perform full-service grooming, including bathing, brushing, de-shedding, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning Safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments Evaluate coat and skin condition before grooming Communicate professionally with clients regarding grooming preferences and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Monitor pets for any health concerns and notify management when appropriate Provide a positive experience for both pets and owners Qualifications Previous professional dog grooming experience required Strong knowledge of breed-specific cuts and coat care Excellent dog handling and animal care skills Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented Experience in dog training, veterinary, or animal care is a plus What We Offer Supportive team environment Quality-focused culture Consistent client base Opportunities for growth and continuing education A workplace that values craftsmanship, safety, and animal welfare If you're a groomer who takes pride in your work, values quality over quantity, and treats every dog like your own, we'd love to hear from you.
